GENERAL1. Commissions are intended for personal use only. You are not allowed to make a profit from them.
Personal use includes using the commissioned artwork for icons, headers, or layouts for your site or social media account. Can be used for personal merchandise for yourself, not to be sold.2. For commercial use you can contact me before commissioning, and we can discuss the possibility of commercial use of the artwork and the fee.
Commercial use includes promotion, videos, and physical or digital merchandise that you will sell physically or online, and it will require an additional fee.3. I won't draw other artists' styles, mecha, old people, furry, gore. If you're not sure about something, please feel free to DM me to ask.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS4. The price for two characters is the original price x2. Check the details on the commission post for the current availability of couple commissions or ask via DM.5. I reserve the right to decline a commission before payment is made.6.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: Full payment is required upfront. I will begin working on the commission only after I receive full payment.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: It is possible to split the payment into two parts, one to be paid before starting and the second before finalizing the design. I will begin working on the commission only after I receive the first payment.7. The price may increase based on the character's complexity or add-ons (this will be established before payment is made).8. I do not allow refunds. However, you can cancel your order if you have not yet paid for it.9. If you pay a rush fee and I don’t complete the commission by the deadline we agreed upon, I will refund you the rush fee price.REVISIONS10.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: WIPs must be requested before I start working on the commission. I allow one revision during the sketch stage and one minor change after the finished piece. There will be no WIPs available if it is stated that it is a skeb style commission type.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: I allow two revisions during the WIP stage and one minor change after the finished piece.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY11.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: refer to the original post or page you request from for the completion timeline. In any case, we will agree on a timeline at the moment of request. If for any reason, it will be longer than the established time, I will contact you with a timeline for the completion of your commission.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: The turnaround time will be decided together at the moment of request. If for any reason it will be longer than the established time, I will contact you with a timeline for the completion of your commission.12. Rush fees may be applied if you need your commission by a specific deadline.USE13. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-based technologies or to train any AI software.14. I may upload the finished commission to my gallery, or social media or use it as a sample for commissions. However, it will always be at a lower resolution, cropped and/or watermarked.15. You may upload the commission to your website/DeviantArt/Twitter(X)/Toyhou.se only if you credit disgustingcake as the artist.
