GENERAL1. Commissions are meant for personal use only. You are not permitted to profit from them.
Personal use includes using the commissioned artwork for icons, headers, or layouts for your website or social media account. It may be used for personal merchandise for yourself, but not for resale.2. Commercial use has a fee of 50% of the commission's base price. Commercial use includes promotion, videos, covers, and any physical or digital merchandise sold in person or online.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: An extra fee will apply for using the model design as a Vtuber or PNGtuber, which must be communicated upfront.3. I won't draw other artists, mecha, older people, furries, or gore. If you have any questions, please feel free to DM me.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS4. The price for two characters is the original price x2. Check the details on the commission post for the current availability of couple commissions, or ask through DM.5. I reserve the right to refuse a commission before payment is received.6.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: Full payment is required in advance. I will start working on the commission only after I receive full payment.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: You can pay the full amount upfront or divide the payment into two parts: one before starting the project and the second before finalizing the design (coloring stage). I will start working on the commission only after I receive the first payment. Split payments are available only for amounts over 300€.7. The price may increase depending on the character's complexity or add-ons and it will be determined before payment is made.8. I do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your order if you have not yet paid for it.9. If you pay a rush fee and I don’t complete the commission by our agreed deadline, I will refund the rush fee price.REVISIONS10.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: I allow one revision during the sketch stage and one minor change after the finished piece. However, no WIPs will be provided for skeb-style commissions.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: I allow two to three revisions during the WIP stage and one minor change after the finished piece.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY11. I will communicate consistently with you about any changes, design choices, and timeline adjustments.
FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: Please refer to the original post or page for details about the commission timeline. When you request it, we will establish a timeline together. If there are any delays, I will update you with a revised timeline for completing your commission.
FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: The turnaround time will be decided together at the time of the request. If there is a delay, I will contact you with a timeline for completing your commission.12. Rush fees may apply if you need your commission by a specific deadline before the timeframe provided on the commission page.USE13. FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: I reserve the right to use any design that has been discarded during the creation process. The client is not permitted to use or show any of the discarded designs on social media. The client will be able to use only the design(s) they choose and purchase. This applies to both 'Custom Character Commissions' and 'Custom Outfit Commissions'.
14. Editing of the final product is not prohibited but it's discouraged. If you have purchased any art from me and want it fixed, I can provide small edits for free at my discretion.15. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-based technologies or to train AI software.16. I might upload the completed commission to my gallery or social media or use it as a sample for commissions. However, it will always be at a lower resolution, cropped, and/or watermarked.17. You may upload the commission to your website, social media, Toyhou.se, or elsewhere only if you credit disgustingcake as the artist.

1. Adoptables purchased from me are meant for personal use only. You are not permitted to profit from them.

The design can be used for your original character in your story or roleplay.2. Commercial use has a fee of 50% of the base price or as otherwise stated on the sale page. Commercial use includes promotion, videos, covers, and any physical or digital merchandise sold in person or online.
Use of the design as a Vtuber/PNGtuber model design is included in the commercial fee.
Whenever one of my adoptable designs is used as a Vtuber/PNGtuber model you must properly credit disgustingcake as the artist.
Commercial use refers to the design itself and the artwork.3. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-based technologies or to train AI software.4. Payment must be made using the method indicated on the adoptable’s page.
If payment is made through Paypal directly, it must be made within 24 hours of winning the auction or claiming the adoptable. If there is a delay in the payment, you must contact me before the 24-hour deadline; otherwise, I reserve the right to auction or sell the design.5. Full payment is required upfront. You will receive the full-resolution file only after full payment.6. Payment plans are available only for adoptables priced over 300€.
It is possible to split the payment into two parts: 50% or more of the price must be paid upfront, and the remaining amount must be paid in one or more installments to be completed within one month of the date of the first payment.

You can re-sell or trade the adoptable for the same price you originally paid or less. If you do not remember the original price of an adoptable, you can contact me on any website listed on my carrd, and I can provide you with it.9. After you purchase the adoptable, you can change small features like the hairstyle, the eye color, or the name of the character freely.

Rarity traits of any of my Closed Species cannot be modified for any reason.10. You may use adoptables from any of my Closed Species outside of their Closed Species canon.11.
